Experiencing the METS!

I've been to more sports events in this last month that many people go to in a year. Ok, so that's a bold statement, but my point is, if you read my last post on my first Yankees Game, I'm here to tell you that I've stepped it up a notch and went to my first Mets game last night. How did it match up, you ask? Even though they didn't win, I had an awesome time! And here are my top 5 highlights from the game:
5. Nathan's Hot Dogs. Need I say more? (This puts Dodger Dogs to shame....)
4. Tony Batista's homerun in the first inning. Not so much for the fact that the National's scored (I would have rather it been Wright), its more the fact that the ball was about 10 feet from where we were sitting. And to think.... if I caught that ball.... not only would it have definitely broken my hand, but I'd be able to sell it on eBay for a lot of money. Just kidding.
3. David Wright.
2. Peanuts. Because you can't go to a baseball game and not eat peanuts. And apparently you can throw your peanut shells on the floor too!
1. My run in with all star Bleacher Blogger Dave Aizer. Since I'm a huge Bleacher Bloggers fan (obviously - I'm wearing a BB t shirt), I was absolutely thrilled to see Dave Aizer. He's just as awesome as he seems on the show! But where's Brent????
