I think the ball belongs in Cooper town but if the guy buying it wants to do something creative with it my suggestion would be to create an area in the Hall of Fame known as the Hall of Shame or Baseballs Dirty Past section. They could add things like Sosa's corked bat, a list of the games Rose bet on, anything and everything having to do with Jose Canseco... you get my point
